- Bright Futures Fund
To celebrate our 40th Anniversary serving Summit County’s most pressing needs, we launched the Bright Futures Fund, a Special Initiative that honors and elevates our longstanding commitment to supporting education and working families.
With the support of over 350 donors, we exceeded our fundraising goal of $2M for the Bright Futures Fund. Thanks to the philanthropic spirit of our community, this rapid response fund will support:
- Educational dreams of low-income and first-generation students with larger college scholarships that extend to 4 years of support.
- Career journeys of students through the Career Tech Program at Summit High School—giving them real-world skills for the workforce, college credits and/or industry certificates, and providing apprenticeships to create pathways to build their lives and families in Summit County.
