Your Path to Higher Education Starts Here
The Summit Foundation is dedicated to making higher education accessible for Summit County students. We encourage high school seniors—whether you're pursuing a traditional college degree or vocational training—to apply for our comprehensive scholarship opportunities.
If you meet the criteria of academic achievement, financial need, and demonstrated leadership or community service, you are eligible to apply for The Summit Foundation’s scholarships. We also manage 33 named scholarship funds on behalf of individuals and local businesses, offering awards that range from one to four years. Thanks to the fundraising efforts for our Bright Futures Fund, we’re excited to offer even more four-year scholarships this year!
Our online scholarship platform makes it easy to find and apply for multiple scholarships. With just one application, you’ll gain access to a wide range of opportunities, including scholarships from other local organizations. Be sure to select The Summit Foundation’s scholarship application to be considered for our awards.
A limited number of scholarships are also available for students from neighboring communities if they or their parents live or work in Summit County. These students will use the same application process as Summit High School students, applying directly through The Summit Foundation.
Key Dates to Remember
The online application platform opens on December 1, 2024, and close on January 31, 2025. Don’t miss out—start planning your future today!
