Empowering Summit County’s Future through Scholarships

As the largest scholarship provider in Summit County, the Summit Foundation is committed to supporting local high school seniors through generous donor funding, individual member support, and our partnership with the local ski areas. Our scholarships cover a wide range of educational paths, from traditional college degrees to vocational and technical training, helping students succeed while strengthening the local workforce.  We recognize the value of skilled trades and are dedicated to offering career-tech scholarships that prepare students for hands-on careers. These opportunities are vital for building a resilient and skilled community.

In addition to offering our own scholarships, we support local philanthropy by hosting an online application platform that connects students with additional scholarship opportunities from local businesses in Summit County.

Our scholarship program is continually evolving, inspired by the success stories of our students. This year, we launched a new system that allows students to connect personally with donors, strengthening the bond within our community and laying the groundwork for an alumni network. Together, we’re creating an inclusive educational landscape for the next generation of Summit County leaders.  Contact the Summit Foundation to learn more.
