Making College Dreams Come True

At the Summit Foundation, we believe philanthropy is about stories—stories of perseverance, opportunity, and transformation. The Mountain Scholars Program is built on the stories of first-generation students who, with the right support, turn their college dreams into reality. When you give, you become part of their story. You help change the trajectory of a student’s life.

How Your Support Transforms Lives

Mentoring & Guidance

Mountain Scholars receive hands-on college navigation services, including mentoring, academic coaching, career counseling, and financial guidance to ensure a smooth transition to and through college.

Financial Support

Your gift provides critical scholarships and funding to keep college affordable for Mountain Scholars, so finances are not a barrier to success.

Pathway to a Degree

Mountain Scholars start their journey at Colorado Mountain College (CMC), with the flexibility to stay at CMC or transfer to a four-year university. 61% of Mountain Scholars earn a postsecondary degree - 50% higher than the national average for first-generation students

Be Part of the Mountain Scholars Story:

Your tax-deductible donation ensures that first-generation students don’t just attend college—they thrive. By giving, you provide mentorship, financial security, and a strong support system that leads to graduation and career success.

Annual Gift Levels

Your generosity funds essential support services that make graduation possible.
