When: Wednesday December 3, 2025, 9:30am – 11:30am 

Where: Frisco, Colorado

Objective: Build understanding and confidence around nonprofit financial concepts so participants can better interpret, communicate, and use financial information in decision-making.   

By the end of the session, participants will… 

  • Understand the structure and purpose of nonprofit financial statements.
  • Recognize key differences between nonprofit and for-profit finances.
  • Interpret budgets, statements, and reports to inform decisions.
  • Identify best practice for financial sustainability and transparency.
  • Develop confidence in financial conversations with staff, board, and funders.  

Intended Audience: Executive Directors from nonprofit organizations plus ONE guest (2 attendees per organization), such as:

  • Board President
  • Board Treasurer
  • Any other board member or staff member who works with the organization's financials
