Overview of ED Network
Who Should Attend
- Executive Directors (or equivalent) of Summit Foundation grantees. Please contact Kathryn Califf, Community Impact Officer, Grants and Nonprofits, (kathryn@summitfoundation.org) for eligibility questions.
Description
The ED Network brings Summit County nonprofit executive directors together in a trusted community where leaders can connect, learn from one another, and strengthen their leadership capacity through skill-building, relationship-building, and mutual support. By elevating these leaders, Summit County will benefit from greater nonprofit impact. Participation is offered at no cost to the organization. Non-profit participation is optional.
Each 1.5‑hour session includes:
9AM – Welcome + Coffee
9:10AM – Quick Introductions – Name and Organization
9:15AM – Pulse Check (How are you doing? What’s happening with your org?)
9:30AM – Content
10:55AM – Wrap Up and Next Meeting
11:00AM – Adjourn
Program Goals -Participants will:
- Goal 1: Strengthen Leadership Capacity of Executive Directors
- Goal 2: Foster Connection and Peer Support Among Nonprofit Leaders
- Goal 3: Advance Organizational Effectiveness and Community Impact
